Every surgical patient follows current pre-anesthetic and monitoring protocols. A physical examination is required before anesthesia to check overall health and identify hidden risks. For senior pets or those with prior illness, we perform bloodwork to tailor anesthesia and pain control and to ensure it's safe to proceed.

We use multiple layers of support to keep your pet safe and comfortable during surgery: IV catheterization with fluids for vascular support; appropriate antibiotics and analgesics; continuous hands-on observation by a dedicated veterinary technician; machine monitoring of temperature, ECG/heart rhythm, and oxygen saturation (with blood pressure as indicated); and heated pads to maintain normal body temperature throughout the procedure.
